Juneteenth in Jonesboro was one of the best days in the 2022 campaign! Sharing the trip over with Our Next Governor, Ricky Dale Harrington, Jr. and Young Mister Mason was a great start.

KLEK Radio and the numerous other sponsors of the event provided a nearly perfect backdrop for the celebration. Food, games, music, interpretive dance (as good as I have ever seen!), vendors and a program that was interesting and informative set it apart from many events..

Yes, it was hot. Yes, I forgot a hat. Yes, my pate is pink. Yes, it was still Good To Be There!

Ricky spoke with passion and he spoke the truth. He identified liberty as a pivotal part of improving the human condition and our nation. He recognized that we are blessed to live in relative liberty in our country. He led the celebration of an historical event that gave us all greater liberty.

Most importantly, Ricky shared a vision and a plan to allow Arkansas to become a Bastion of Liberty! It was good to be part of making that message available in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
